Tao smiled and shrugged. " Only when my friends are being morons or idiots or are just being a grumpy old man..." he said jokingly and smiled. " and Nicky is the only friend I know to be a grumpy old man..."
Nicky then walked over to Tao and quickly got him in a head lock. He raised his spare hand and nugied his friend's head. " Old men don't do this!" he said in defence.

Damian smiled, they seemed like really good friends. "Hey, just out of curiosity... Why were you guys throwing cake at each other?" he asked, slightly concerned. He didn't want Cassie to be exposed to these two if they were crazy in the head.

Tao managed to free himself and stood up as he attempted to keep Nicky's arms behind his back. " Well...we where going to eat it but then Nicky had the genius idea of a cake fight...that way we could have fun from work and eat the cake that landed on our faces if we wanted...though only Nicky here ate the cake on his face..." Tao said smiling. " War is stressful you know...good to have some fun..."

Damian nodded even though he knew nothing about war. He was to scared o join the force and fight because he wasn't much for guns. "If you guys want, me and Cassia were going to have a picnic. You could join?" He offered, a small smiled growing on his face. These two weren't as bad as he thought.

Tao thought as he held Nicky's arms behind his back. " Sure you can put up with mr.Grumpy man? " he asked as Nicky then quickly got his arms free and tackled his friend smiling. " I am not grumpy..." Nicky said laughing as Tao struggled under him. " Pinned you..." he added smiling with satisfaction.

Cassie smiled, wanting to jump in but unsure if they would like that. "i can deal with him." She said, grinning and showing all of her teeth. These two reminded her of her family, she had lost touch with her brothers and these two made her miss them..

Damian nodded, "If Cassie can then I most definitely can." He said and picked the basket back up from the ground. "I hope you guys like turkey." he said with a smile. Cassie loved turkey so every sandwich had a littl bit on it.

Nicky rolled off Tao and he quickly sat up. " Turkey?" Tao said smiling. " Turkey would be the first meat we would of had in months! " he said happily.
Nicky stood up and nodded. " Yeah...most of the time we just get fed that mashed up c*** they call food..." he said and sighed. " So disgusting it is..."

Damian smiled and held up the basket like it was a prize. "Cost me my last bit of money, now follow me." He said and motioned for them to follow while he walked over to the edge of the woods. There was a tree just inside that Cassie loved to sit at.

Cassie followed , knowing exactly were they were going. It was her favorite place and hse could te;ll it apart form anywhere else. It was exciting to know that she would get to spend the day with Damian and even Tao and Nick.

Tao nodded and followed them. " So do you guys have jobs? " Nicky asked as he walked next to Tao. " Well...you know what we do for a job anyway..." Tao added before laughing like it was the funniest joke ever.
Nicky rolled his eyes at his friend's crazy laughter and gently slapped him across the back of the head.
