Thomas was watching him, letting out small cooing noises.
May watched, rocking Caily in her arms, who was starting to cry.

"He'll wake up in exactly... a minute! I'll take me leave now, you two need to talk," He seemed to sink in the ground, disappearing under the earth.
Thomas let out a baby noise, looking happy.
May had rocked Caily until she had fallen asleep, starting to get drowsy herself.

Sharkfin sat down with Ace in his arms, leaning against a tree. He sat Ace on his lap and leaned his body against his own.
Jason chuckled. "Cutie."

Ace woke up finally, blinking as he looked around in confusion.
"Wh-hat," He mumbled in shock, lifting his hand as he realized he was all right, he didn't realize yet that he was sitting on Sharky's lap.
Thomas cooed again, making more baby noises.
May had fallen asleep, Caily still in her arms.

Sharkfin stayed quiet and still.
Jason glanced to May. 'She needs her rest, let her sleep.' He told himself. he kissed Thomas's forehead gently.

He looked around in confusion, leaning back against Sharky, still not realizing he was there.
"He le-eft me... why woul-ldn't he. I've only d-done... bad things. I killed my f-father and my only friend. My fam-mily was killed... because I was t-too weak to stop her," He whispered closing his eyes, "It-t's always been... my fault."
Thomas made a baby noise, reaching a hand up to touch Jason's face.

Sharkfin gently hugged Ace from behind, leaning his head against Ace's. "Why would I leave you? I do think I said I love you."
Jason let him touch his face. He turned his scales silver and flashy purple.

Ace yelped in surprise. He went rigged in shock, then realized who it was and calmed down, relaxing.
Thomas let out a small, "Oooooh," as he touched the scales or at least tried to, never seeing something so cool before.

"Scared of little old me? I'm just a two hundred year old dragon." He said, gently nuzzling Ace's neck.
Jason smiled, gently stroking his sons little hand. "I see you like them."
