Tyka nods but stays silent, wishing there was a way to know if she was telling the truth. Then she saw someone in the distance, pointing at it she unsheathed her claws, thinking it was the chameleon girl.

It was a halfie, Tyka could tell because of their tail, which swished back and forth. It was watching them, which made Tyka shiver, at least it wasn't the chameleon though.
