Aqua nodded tiredly. She lifted the small blanket of moss and curled herself around the egg, she then gently laid the moss back on and rested her head next to the egg. " Sleep well... " she yawned.

Firecry looked at the eggy. "Hatchhh..." She whispered. She wanted to see this cutie! She stayed up for an hour or two and nudged Aqua. "Your turn." She whispered.

Aqua looked up tiredly and nodded. " O-Okay... " she said. She yawned and looked at the egg, cleaning up some egg shell bits that had gone on her in her sleep.

Firecry nodded when she saw Aqua was awake and instantly fell asleep on her own nest.

Tiny little snores could be heard from the egg. Mysterium woke up agin and saw darkness and began working at the shell to get out.

Aqua sighed and started humming softly. She then quietly sang the words to the song she was humming.
" The moon rises, the sun is asleep...soon the stars shall come to dance in the glorious light...may the stars, dance on your day, the day you dance with them...mmaaayyy we all see, the dancing of the stars...mmaayyy we all hear, the twinkling they make...the twinkles are their bells, as they dance in the night...mmaayyy we heard and see them dance and twinkle... "

Mysterium gave up a and fell asleep while Aqua sang. "Daayyy..." She yawned inside the egg. "Day..." She repeated and snored softly.

Aqua heard the soft snoring and smiled. Her mother had sung that song and she always fell asleep on the word Day...like it was a smell...

Firecry opened an eye. Her eyes glowed in the dark and so did the Phoenix flames, but they died down a bit. So she wouldn't burn anything, but then, the flames really weren't hot. More like illusions.

Aqua spotted FireCry's eyes where opened and smiled in the dark. " You awake? " she whispered. " I can hear the eggy snoring! " she giggled softly.

Fire cry sat up. "Yep. I can't wait to see the kid." She said.

"Dayyyyy..." Said the sleepy egg.
