You could always....give them the silence treatment xD Just move your mouse to that little red X next to the ping...yeah that one, and slowlyyyyy click it. Like I said before though, if you need time to sort other stuff out in well- everywhere else, I get it.

good way to end up with like 10 more pings. Bad enough I'm getting pinged in groups I'm not even part of and I've had to reel myself in from snapping at people for it oop

I just need the discipline to commit to the things I plan on committing to more. The wave of busy always passes and right now I'm still largely free until the fall semester. Just a scramble now to get stuff done now that the quarantine is lifting. as much as I hate risking getting sick I don't think I can afford to miss a semester bleh

Maybe add to your profile not to be pinged for those types of things? Spread the word? I get pinged sometimes for those things just bc/ im around in the rp threads xD So if you just tell them that you dont like it, it'll probably become known.

I'm usually open to them which is the problem but idk maybe this is elitist in a way but anytime I get pinged for an animal rp or something clearly extremely low skill level I just get annoyed by it and want to kick someone.

It's extremely exhausting for me to rp with people who not only refuse to read multiple paragraphs and constantly ping me to abridge them, but can't actually write more than a few words themselves and don't know basic rp rules.

Warrior cat and wolf rps are the worst and I don't know why I keep getting invited to them when I clearly have mostly human/humanoid characters.

I think I legit have one dog character. That I don't even use because someone stole him on Toyhou.se

I have....I cant remember the last time I did an animal rp xD Like im sure ive done a couple but *jeez* that was forever ago. And I totally get what you mean, my characters don't really have official sheets (except cypress and reuvan) so everytime I sign up for a rp, the sheets are usually re-written and custom tailored, so it is frustrating when everyone else is like-- inexperienced or sloppy. Or it just dies.

Its not elitist, your just a different caliber, tbh I'd seen you around before and was actually hoping to rp with you eventually, because you seemed really competent. :3c
