He scoffed "can it be an ego when I'm right?" but he changed subject after that and showed you how to hold the knife. "Now you'll want to go about an inch deep for these guys, if you slice in a slanted angle it'll be easier" he positions your hand accordingly "Sand draken is the easiest to start with no bone structure or such to watch out for."

He places his own hand on your shaking one and steadies it. He then shows you the pattern of how to cut the skin. When you finish the skin is completely removed. It's slightly torn in some spots but otherwise okay. "Good job." he compliments.

Vitani seemed pleased and rather excited even though he had to help she felt like he was getting the hang of it near the end. " Thanks! I'll go hang these up in the curing den then" she said with a bright smile
