Luis smiles as well. "Ok then let's get back." Yes! This was really happening to him! He had gotten the girl and Buddy had found his friend, what luck they had had. He walks the cart to the door his smile growing.

Douglass pats Leon's back trying to help him some. "Can one of you go get me a glass of water?"

Inside, Caroline sighed. Maybe this would become an 'enchanting' love story they would tell their kids. Wait, she meant... She mentally facepalmed and blushed. Slow down, girl. But anyhow, Luis seemed like a really nice guy. Following him out, her thoughts began remembering Leon again. When he had came in, he had been coughing. AlThough searching the store had nice, maybe she should have stayed by Leon.

Kyra nodded and walked to the sink, grabbing a cup and turning the handle. There was a slight creak, but cool water gushed out into the cup and she turned it off and went back to Doug and handed the cup to the girl.

Luis was thinking. If he was to get the girl to like him then they could have children, and start a family. But would she let him or would she be to high up for that? The thought scared him that she would leave him just because he acted too soon.

Douglass take the cup holding it up for Leon to drink. His coughing had gotten worse. "Okay now u need my pack, look in the front pocket and give me the syringe...."

As they approached the house, Caroline could hear Leon coughing and realized the door was open. "Hey, everything alright in there?" Rushing in, she was surprised to see the girl and the man from earlier inside and raised an eyebrow. They didn't seem to be causing trouble, so she shrugged it off and turned her attention back to Leon, who seemed to be hacking up blood. "Oh ******."

Kyra spotted the kit and opened it up and found the syringe and handed it to Doug and watched curiously.

Douglass takes the syringe and injects the green liquid into the mans arm. Leon almost instantly is knocked out, twitching. "He should be okay now." She whispers.

Luis watches from the door not sure what happened.

"What the hell?!" Going to Doug, Caroline asked, "What is that stuff? If it's some kind tranquilizer, I doubt it'll help whatever is wrong!" Her voice was on the edge of anger and confusion.

"If you were to know what it was in sure you would see the point of view in which I stand." Douglass says looking away as she hold the syringe. "It will help keep him alive."

"Well, what is it?" Irritated, she threw her hands up and sighed. It did seem like Leon was a little better, but it wasn't easy to cough if you were out cold.

"The cure..." Douglass whispered. "I don't know how but he some how came into contact with the virus and got infected... He should be fine now though."

"Well, he was fighting hordes of zombies earlier with me when the hospital starting going down in flames, but I didn't see anything get to him.. The virus isn't going airborne, is it?" Maybe a zombie did attack him and she just didn't see. Or something.
