i turned back and glared at him, "fine, so are we gonna start moving again?" i asked rising into the air by my jetpack, the trio that had been listening in the conversation got up.

"yeperdoodls" clik nodded

"Yes please," Sonic said, sliding off his branch. "We're almost there you guys,"

"Great. Anybody know where I can get us a boat ticket?"

i cocked an eyebrow, "do you mean it's a short walk or a short run for you?" i asked, the trio stood behind me and were glaring at sonic.

"I mean it's a short run for an average Mobian who's max speed is about 5 to 7 miles per hour," Sonic replied in monotone.

i nod, "ok, fair enough." i said, "let's go then." i said lifting into the air.

Sonic nodded and ran off at a reasonable speed. "Now come on,"

i sighed as i followed the hedgehog, the trio followed too catching up quickly.

The tropical rainforest soon gave way to a more deciduous ecosystem. It was more open here, and the air had a distinct earthy scent to it. Sunlight filtered through the canopy and danced on the leaves that littered the ground. The most eye-catching detail, however, were the large, bright-orange mushrooms.
"Well, this is it," Sonic said. "As usual, avoid touching things if you don't know what they do. I'm not sure how many of these things are poisonous..."
