As they got closer they realized the village was burning... and not in a good way.

Ru turned around, growling at them. She was huge, tail lashing angrily. She smiled, her black eye still there, a painful reminder of her powers.
"Try and fight me," She growled.

Trisha and Krill began to run.

Jason spread his wings. "Oh yeah? How about you try to fight us?" He bared his fangs.

Sharkfin stalked to the side, white claws clacking on the ground.

"Maybe I will," She hissed glancing at Aro sadly, "And we'll see who'll die first and it won't be me."
She spread her wings, roaring at the two of them angrily.

Jason noticed her glance sadly at Aro and got an idea. "No, I think we've already seen who died first. You're own brother, for that matter." He sighed. "Disappointing. You seemed like someone that wouldn't harm your own family, no matter how badly you lost it." He shook his head.

Sharkfin remembered Ace on his back and so he quickly had to try and figure out how to keep him from the fight that was going to go down.

Ru growled, "He'll be fine," She hissed, though there was doubt in her voice.
She clawed the floor angrily, then lunged forward. She tried to pin Jason down, sharp claws tearing angrily at his scales. She wasn't going easy, that was for sure.

Jason snarled as he was shoved down, feeling her claws rip at his scales. But he used his hind legs to try and throw her off. "Oh yeah? Then why is his body right there? Lifeless?"

Sharkfin gingerly nestled Ace outside of the temple to be safe, then dashed back in to help Jason.

She yelped as she was thrown off, hitting the ground painfully.
"It's part of the curse," She said in a panicked tone, lunging at him again.
She tried to throw him to the ground, trying to pin him beneath her. She so badly wanted him out of the way.

"Is that why there's a knife in his chest?" He asked darkly.

Sharkfin lunged at her, trying to shove her off the prince.

"No, I did that. The curse should bring him back," She hissed as Sharkfin pushed her off Jason, causing her to stumble sideways, "It brought Perth back."

Sharkfin kept trying to ram against her like a bull, using his size.

Jason stood, shaking himself out. "Well, I doubt hearing it was you who did it will make him feel any better if and when he comes back."
