Scar looked towards her then swallowed. He wanted to see her but he knew he would get yelled at. He went out and saw a doctor ordering around other doctors. He assumed it was Teria.

"Oh you're awake!" Teria said smiling at Scar. "I am sorry to say that the female will have to stay but you need to head home."

Jia and Ela chatted while Jia set up a few more machines and ordered the other doctors to get Teria.

Scar walked home. Teria came to the room.

"The female woke up, after a few more tests it's clear that she's not sick and her bones are healed, though we might need to keep her here for an extra day until the rib cage get's back into place." Jia said, not stuttering this time.

"Good." Teria said smiling then turned to Ela. "We're glad you're okay."

Scar sat at home. He thought about her and the kiss he gave her. He would treasure it but I don't think she knew that he kissed her. He closed his eyes.

Ela smiled back, then laid back down. Jia left the room, writing something on her clipboard.

"Did you know anything about the male hyena?" Teria asked. "He seemed to like you....." She thought the girl should know.

Scar stood up. He went to his bedroom and gave up trying to hide how much he loved her. He let his thoughts run wild.

Ela paused, thinking. "He sold me a house, and we both agreed on a price but I gave him 3,000 dollars less than I said. I showed him hospitality to pay for that, and then he was attacked outside. I helped him, and then sent him home. Then I went swimming and saw him in the lake when I heard the small hissing sound of Croacks, and I told him to run. When they attacked us, I attacked one and pulled him out. Then we got in here . . ."

"What?" Teria asked.

Scar felt slightly out of control of his feelings.

"I said then we got sent to the hospital"
