You walk into the building and are met with some... questioning eyes. Soon enough a nurse comes over to help you. They lead you into a room with a bed and curtains. "Alright, I'll be right back with a doctor to get you some help for your foot."

I offer her a tired smile and settle back. I'll take out my journal and write down whats been happening so far.

Soon enough a doctor is there to see you. "Can you tell me what happened?"

I take a deep breath and report:
"Yes well I found a trapdoor in the woods, opened it climbed down and found it really dark so I went to make a torch but without flint or good rocks had to resort to a bow drill, which is a facinating little device, did you know it's upwards of several thousand years old? Anyways I found some good base rocks, even some sap, but I didn't have a good bow, so I tried to climb a spruce but...I'm apparently a worse climber than I thought, I fell, and walked back here."

"...So you feel off of a tree. Ok, I can take a look at it soon. Would you like to have a bath before that?" He asked, but you could tell his eyes said "please do, oh god, please do"

I blink for a moment, haveing completely forgotten about my cleanliness state then nod "Oh, yeah I can go bathe, Just uhh, if I might ask, can I keep my clothes...un-washed?" I could only hope he wouldn't ask why.

"That's fine, we can supply you with a medical gown if you are needed to stay here."

I bite the inside of my cheek nervously but then nod "Yeah okay, thanks for the help doc." I fully intend to keep my scarf though.

He nods, "I will have a nurse get you when it's ready."

You have a few minutes to rest if you'd like.

Sure i'll take a moment or two to stew over the loss of the secret tunnel and the delay of my trip to the next colony.
