You don't look around for any upper access, you bolt down the ladder and close the trapdoor tigh shut. You can hear the thing jump down from his place and sniff the other side of the door like a curious pupy. There is no other way to go up from the break room outside of that storage area meening that you have the choice of going back down and take the other staircase or face the fairly large beast on the other side of the trapdoor.

As you go back the stairs you can hear the beast clawing against the trapdoor trying to oppen it. You get back to the hallway with all the science machines and notice that one of the laboratory door had been forced oppen by somthing. The staircase leading to downstair is not too far from it neather.

After chershing around for you notice that there was little to no thrue anglish writing, instead, the popular writing seemed to be a mix of anglish and strange glyph like cursive. It wasn't easy to decode the complex writing style from this world but you may be able to get the general idea behind some textes.

The papers were about different subject, nothing of witch were perticularely interressing. Some where talking about pet fish winning a water race or that some flying beast not approved had started invading the nearest night light. I decide it would be best to learn by exploring, setting a broad smile on my face I head to explore the town.

By following the busy street you end up to an area less crowded of the city, the street here was smaler but still large enough to let most of the larger alchemic guardien without bloking the road to others. The houses, made of white stones and petrified wood had a welcoming aspect and you soon notice that some of them were marked with gold circle above their windows. You soon arrive at a small fontain where colorfull ball-shaped fish were swiming, a young girl, a hand in the water was trying to catch one.
