Hopefully at least one of them would willing to help them. Clay went through the files again, "What did I find? Maybe Night would be willing to help since his ansestor lived then and might have known them."

"dunno, buuuuuut" tenny went on. "we should really stay in pair's Ajal" she told him getting up to follow him. "besides you don't know what can happen and it's good to have a extra set of hands"

Ajal growls sightly, "Fine but don't say I didn't warn you when the giant seadragon pops out of the water." He leads the way to the docks hoping to find the older sailors who might have heard more stories about it when they were young and hopefully remembered.

Max glanced up. "Pardon??"

Knuckles looked over his shoulder at the vines. He growled, then climbed back out of the tunnel. "What are these things??!"

"Night might know something about this time period that we don't," Clay repeats, "he might be willing to help us."

"No, not that..." He glanced at Ajal. "Sea dragons are supposedly extinct."

Clay snifts his feet, "Sort of like pegasus or magic? Or even giant squid monsters from ancient time which turned out to be just squids the sailors saw?"

"The squids have an answer to them..." Maxillium replied, climbing to his feet. "Would you mind if I accompanied you?"

Ajal frowns thinking the decision over, "Fine but I expect help with this. Clay for the record we never did see Night's pegasus did we?"
"I did, I don't know if you did," Clay answered following Ajal out the door, "besides I think he used a spell to make her have wings."

"Could also be a genetically altered horse" tenny remarked. "PRAEGRESSUS was messing around with it some years ago so... night's Pegasus could be from them." she added.
