He didn't really respond, but clik grabbed luna's other hand and teleported them out of the ruins, leaving a faint cyan wisp behind that slowly faded as they disappeared.
They landed outside of clik's house, where it was also raining. "Crap, sorry guys!" clik apologized. "I guess I'm a bit rusty with this teleportation stuff" she ran under the eaves to the door and quickly attempted to unlock it. In which it wouldn't, "I knew i should've replaced this lock" she muttered under her breath. "Can you guys give me a second? I've gotta go in through the basement door, at least i know that lock works" she told them before running back off into the rain, one of her wings over her head. Ganz hurried under the eaves behind clik but he still seemed off from Night's tone earlier.He held out one rain and let the eave's runoff drip onto his empty hand as they waited for clik.

Luna stood out in the rain hoping it would help wash some of the pain of the day away. She just wanted to help and then the peace of the group had been disrupted so easily. It was painful to her.

(Sorry luna that's what happens when you put a emotionally unstable person in a group of trauma people,they get offset by the easiest things)


Clik finally got the door open after a bit,"sorry...guys" she noticed their somewhat gloomy moods.Ganz came intside and put the papers on one of the tables that had other papers on it,he wasn't too wet but he went and sat on the floor against the wall. Clik made a mental reminder to make sure certain cabinets were locked later, as ganz probably wouldn't be too happy seeing what was inside of them, she didn't like seeing them either. "i'll go grab the pizza, you guys dry off and warm up a bit" she told them. "Towels should be in the bathroom cabinet,they should be clean unless sonic ransacked my place for some reason" she told them. "there's snacks in the fridge along with some soda and water" she added before sliding out of the door.

Luna goes to get a towel out of the cabinet and gets one for Ganz a well. Handing it to Ganz she dries herself off with the other towel. She doubted there was anything she could say that would make things any better then they were right now. Hopefully in the future Night would apologize.

Ganz took the towl but didn't really dry off, he kinda just stared at it. He almost said something but kept his mouth shut. The house was eerily quiet, even the air conditioning seemed quiet. It was unsettling but the house seemed like it was used to this odd silence. It was alot cleaner than the first time they'd arrived but it still felt old and abandoned

Luna came back to him dried off and calm. She thought about trying to talk to Ganz only to not want to risk hurting him further she sat down and read through some of the files. Very few things were new to her in the files but it was better then nothing.

(time for clik lore that's not important but i'm sliding it in cause FILES)

Ganz leaned his head back on the wall and eventually fell asleep. Most of the files held papers that they'd gone through earlier and a bunch of the translations that they'd been able to do. One of the files had papers a different color sticking out of them though and looked much older.

Luna read through the different colored file. She wondered what it was about when she read it. Wait she saw the name Clik. This was about Clik?!

Today was Subject:Alpha's first flying tests, they succeeded greatly with gliding but their wings do not appear developed enough to fly on their own. The blood tests came back fine as they always do and their DNA seems stable.

Growth Hormones will be added to her diet and hopefully we can get her flying soon

That seemed to be one of the first ones that wasn't just numbers and blood or physical test stuff, it was the first with change notes. The most recent ones had drawings safety clipped to them, but the last one seemed very different

This is the last log for Project Flying Fox, the other test subjects were.... disposed of. Subject Alpha, or Clik as I've named her for the Clicking noise she seems to make in a attempt to mimic the bird's we've introduced her too hasn't been disposed of yet. I don't think i have the heart to either. I've decided to take her home, perhaps give her a somewhat normal life. I might get fired for this but, i refuse to work on Project Wild Card any longer. I will be taking all files with me, as they will most likely be destroyed by the others.

It was strange seeing the signature, it was clearly some sort of scientist's. Everything else was cryptic

Luna sits there in shock at she had read. The last thing that was needed right now was for Ganz or anyone else to see this.
