Sonic curled up into a ball and jumped down after her, landing in a gymnaist's finishing pose. Knuckles casually latched onto the side and just slid down.

Knuckles went to move the led box containing the gemstone away from the computer, but winced the moment he touched it, and backed up. "Throw it off a cliff. Please." He said softly. Sonic rolled his eyes. "Again with the cliffs!"

Pearl found the scanner and scanned it "this thing has massive energy readings..enough to probably power a whole death egg and more" the gem glowed as if proud of this ...
