Soon, they get close to the meadow. Lilura tells everyone to pause and come to a decision before they continued, "So, we can either continue and shoot the deer down from the air. If we do this, we have more of a chance to drive the deer away from us since we're big in the sky on our spirit animals. Or, we can stop here, land, and go the rest of the way on foot. We'll have a clearer shot and less of a chance to scare the deer away. On the way or coming back we might find something else to bring back with us. Your choice." Lilura gives Cara and Ruby the choice.

Lilura nods and lands on the ground, motioning for her friends to grab the quiver of arrows and a bow or a gun from on her saddle if they hadn't brought their own hunting supplies. "On foot it is." She chirps, picking up her crossbow and her own quiver of deadly arrows. She starts on a trail to the meadow after she knew her friend and... hostage? was coming with her.

Lilura approaches the meadow quietly as she follows the path. She smiles as she saw the meadow and her prey come into view. The hunt was on and it was anyone's game. She quietly tells her friends that they could split up to hunt, just make sure to meet back up at where they had dismounted their spirit animals and don't kill more than one.
Not only deer lived here. Elk, quail and a few other wild game liked to live in this general area.

Prey is not hard to find. The meadow and forest surrounding it is teeming with life.

Lilura walks along the path until she reaches her favorite hunting spot. She climbs the tree, perches on a branch, and, from her perspective, waits until she has a clear shot of the deer that were wandering too close to the danger that lurked high in the branches. Gahiji liked to hunt elsewhere, so her large spirit animal wasn't scaring off anything.
