I nodded "understandable" I said smiling warmly, "inm my household I usually stay to myself and stay in my room, I dont have many friends anymore" I said smiling grimly and nodding "Nachos sounds good".

"well i dont have friends at all so i guess that makes two of us" she smiled and picked up the game pieces

"I think having little to no friends is something we all have in common." Riley says, absent mindedly twirling a pencil between his fingers after he had put the game away.

LIsh made a strangled sond in hsi thraot. "Um, do friends of friends count? But i mean i do have a few friends.....though its only because they don't know my past. Most quickly get out of my life once they find out. Unless they're crazy idiots. Hmm, i wonder if us being laveled under "troublemaker" is why we're not exactly popular?'

Annalisa smirked "yeah probably" she says putting the game up and sitting back down

I smiled amused and shrugged "well regardless with whats goin on with all yall's past I wouldnt mind being friends" I admitted smiling slightly crossing my legs and my arms so I was leaning back now.

"..." Riley was about to agree to this friends thing before remembering everything that had happened before. Something bad happened to everyone that was close to him so he would have to keep them away for their sake. "No. I can't be any of your friends." It sounded a lot meaner, harsher, and darker than he expected it to.

"Understandable, i know a guy who woild prefer nto to socialize either but how about being an ally? Not quite a friend but not quite a stranger." Lish asked Riley. Hed done somethign simillar with his unsociable friend nd was hoping it might work with Riley.

Riley bites his lip as he thinks about it. "Sure." He nods his consent to this. Being an ally seemed a lot better than having friends and being all alone.

I smiled at Riley slightly, "do what makes you feel more comfortable" I said honestly and closed my eyes in thought.
