Is back again. We sold our house, moved to a new one, and been getting ready for my little brother's wedding, so aside from being busy I was also without internet for awhile due to the move. I will try to post more tonight once we finish unpacking for the day.

(Dinner time so I've a bit of down time.)


Sharky returned to the top deck and checked that all the crew were present. He nodded to himself, "I have an' announcement to make. Fer the remainder of this voyage we be crewmates. This means we rely on each other and look after each other. We defend each other when ever need arises. An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us. Do ye all understand?"

Terrin and Kit glance at each other they knew all too well that phrase meant. Knowing their luck though they would be either abandoned or blamed for the trouble.Their mentor had said the same thing when they were growing up but then... no they refused to think about they now.
"We understand," Kit mummbles quietly.
Terrin nods once in response. He secretly wondered if Sharky knew the true reason behind his voyage.

"Understood Cap'n!" Tarka chirpped excitedly, giving a quick salute with the wrong wing and fanning his tail. "I'll do my best~!"

Khusela nodded with a bit of enthusiasm, she had settled in a bit. But wanderer's habit does make one less likely to get comfortable. It did reassure her that at least someone had her back, for now at least. She made a mental note to make sure the ring was hidden as best as possible and she wasn't wearing it at all whilst on the seas.
