" Fine, but come with me. " I sighed as she shifted into the wolf and ran off into the forest. " Don't get killed, okay? " I said to lance. " And 49, wherever you are, don't kill him. He tastes horrible. " I said as i ran off into the forest behind Lanai.

49 chuckled. *really? But hurry.*

There was very little life in this part of the forest. " Seems the animals refuse to come out " Lanai says, looking inside the barrow of a few rabbits. " Well yeah, cause you're scaring them. " I say. She growls at me, before shifting her attention to something else. " Solar, whats that way? " she asks me. " That way? Lunar Forest. Home to the fairies. " I say. " Can we go hunt in there? " She asks. I look back towards the other forest. " I don't know...The creatures there aren't like ours. " She shrugs, and walks away. I quickly catch up to where she is, to find she is stalking a deer. " sooo are we going to attack or not? " I ask her quietly. She rolls her eyes and lunges at it. I do the same, taking it down and killing it.

49 froze as soon as the deer died, then roared, racing towards it.

A few seconds after the kill, a limb tore off the deer, broke in half, and a half dissapeared.

I shifted back to my original form. " Someone was hungry. " I said, looking the the invisible limb. Lanai put the rest of the deer on her back and walked back towards lance. " We have brought food. " Lanai said, dropping the deer. Lance sat up. " So, are you going to roast it? " he asks. I shrug. " Might not be best, Dragons might smell it. " he nods, and takes a piece of meat, eating it. I take a large piece of meat, and roast it in my hands. " Hey! You said you weren't going to cook it! " Lance yells. " Over an open fire. I never said my hands would be excluded. "

49 came into veiw and went to town, ripping the thing into chunks and eating them.

lanai scoffs. " Honestly 49, save some for the rest of us. " I laugh. " Unless you want to be his food i suggest you let him " She rolls her eyes. " easy for you to say. Eating is not something you have to do since you are a-" " catch " Lance says as he throws a piece of meat at Lanai, cutting her off. She catches it and eats it.

49 didnt even pay attention. He was to busy filling his stomach. He looked up, blurted, *sorryihavnteatenin5monthssoimrealhungry,* and went back eating.

I laughed. " wait, what did he say? " Lanai asks me. " Sorry I haven't eaten in 5 months so im real hungry " Lance translates. " oohhhh. What? why? " she asks.

49 chuckled, and looked up. *my genetic programming is like a computer. I can only do certian things. That includes limiting my eating amounts and times. Its... not fun. So I have to eat when I can.*
