You spent the day reading it. In the end you learnt:
-How to detect an infection
-Cold water cools a swelling
-If you get a wound and it is not swelling on the outside when it should, seek medical help immediately
-Keep wounds clean
-The basics of closing a wound and bandaging
(You have not gained any healing levels, but I've noted down that you know this. Since Galexia is coming to this part of the library in a few paragraphs, you'll be in the middle of the book when she does.)

I head down farther into town, to find a place to stay for the night. (or a tent to buy)

Since I already am unhappy at the man for shoving me this doesn't really surprise me so I run after him, rage fueling me.

She just keeps eating the apple, then pauses. She hasn't looked at you once, "There's no need to be afraid. I am the Guardian of this grove." Her voice is soft and silky. A little angelic.
Still a little wary, Zilla takes a step forward, her head cocked in a questioning manner. "The Guardian?" She askes.
