He too soon fell asleep, leaning on her as she was on him. It was prefect really, and he felt happy to be there even if it was only for a moment.

Shadow awoke to some noises. She kept silent worried it might be a hunter. She hoped Ori stayed quiet.

After having cleaned and prepped all of her tools she pried the man's eyes open before beginning. In this procedure, the surgeon creates a passage in the sclera (the white part of the eye) for draining excess eye fluid. A flap is created that allows fluid to escape, but which does not deflate the eyeball. A small bubble of fluid called a "bleb" often forms over the opening on the surface of the eye, which is a sign that fluid is draining out into the space between the sclera and conjunctiva. In this case it took most of the night to get it to where both eyes were draining properly. Tired the woman collapsed in a chair she had at ready and briskly went to sleep. It was hard being a doctor in a time where many needed your help though you hadn't the means to help them. you learned to make due with why you had though.

Kara chewed on the aurleon, pulling the wings off first and devouring them. She ate everything, the bones crunching under her powerful jaws.

(OOC: Theon has actually received surgical treatment before though it was only partially effective. Honestly it's a miracle that his eyes are even still intact after five years without proper treatment.)

He woke when the female next to him did. "Is something wrong?" He asked her in a whisper. But already he knew that it was. Outside was the smell of a hunter, one that had been looking for him no doubt. He fell silent as they slowly passed by them. "See we are safe here." He said knowing that no hunter in his group besides him could get in here.

Shadow nodded stiffly. She was scared to go out there or even move because they could find them. She looked at Ori her eyes lit with worry.
