"Your not Your not. I'm right here. For you!" He said, trying to keep calm.

Kota curled into his chest and closed her eyes "Dont want to..."

"what am i chopped liver!" i yell at the speeding car. "if i was on duty i would....." i get i good idea. i take off running to the police station and steal Tom's car. "i will be back!" i speed toward the speeding car i turn on my lights and honk so that they will pull over. i am so glad i have black out windows.

"You kow that we'll be in trouble or breaki to speed limit,might?" Alia questioned,

"No time!" He said. "Maybe if you drive a bit slower. We don't want to get in trouble."

"come on come on!" i yell. a wicked smile spreads over my face. my phone rings. i reach over to take the call. "hello?" the radio buzzes and cracks.

"where do you want to meet me?" a mans voice asks over the speakers.

"you have my location dont you?" i ask speeding up.

"you would really think i didn't?"

"could you meet me at the hospital?"

" you know how people that are sick make me feel.and the confined space with little to no exits. i cant stand being trapped when something happens."

"where then?"

"Here is fine."

"you know i cant leave the chase." i honk the horn at the car.

"you dont have to."

There is a hum and a tap on the window. i look over to see a man's face looking in. he was hanging from a helicopter. he disappears. the is a crash of glass and he then sits in the shot gun seat.

"every heard of knocking?" i joke. his face does not change. there is a cry of a child.

"wife left me with the son tonight." he unzips his coat and there was a surprised boy in it, about the age of Kat.

Kota closed her eyes and smiled softly, safe in Alister's arms.

(we need a plot twist to speed things up)

"Stay with me. Please..." Alistair whispered

Kota's breathing started to slow down. She said in a soft voice "Never going to leave you..." Then her entire body relaxed and she stopped breathing.
