If you tell me what you want, I can totally sort them for you :D I'm anal retentive (less severe OCD) so I love doing things like that. I just generated all my lups and I literally made a dozen lists of what I have, what genes, how many GPs, male and females, how to get even GP spread across the six traits I want...
My boyfriend tells me I make too many lists that I never use... But I use them all xD I'm not even kidding. I've always got a notebook and pencil next to me. So I guess you could say I've got a list/organizational problem that only affects certain areas of my life.

Fun fact: I have excel spreadsheets on google docs documenting what traits my AS Griffi all have and whether they're vis or carried, their gender, whether they've been philtered or are offspring... And another for my Frosted Bulbori. I need to make one for my HH Zolnixi too >_>
The only problem I've had so far is I can't think of an aesthetically pleasing way to also show their lineage on the same page >_<

And yeah, Excel is fast becoming my favorite program ever xD If I'm on here, its up. I don't keep track of the lineage, except recently for specific pets, but with the traits and gender, yeah. I even keep track of age so I know which ones I can breed. I'm only tracking the lineage of certain pets cause I've got ny'venes with six traits, visible and carried, and I need to know which ones I can breed to finally get my six visible ny'vene. And I want two to breed together.

I've been doing a *lot* of breeding with studded pets, so it's always game of trying to remember who is related to who. Especially with the holiday pets, since there's a very limited number of them, and there's always one boy out there with the best genes for the cheapest price who ends up a father of 50.
(This is that little girl's mother, with vis Faded Wings to go with the runes :3 I love how they glow!)

I would love to (why not? XD), and also pay you for it, but...it is kind of a big mess:
There are 3 different males for breeding, and each gets 4 or more females to speed the breeding up. So you have to consider their relatedness and sort them all due to that.
Second, there are five gene slots. The puffs will show a combination of those genes, and some will have different traits.
Third, there are actually three different groups of puffs: the main group has the two above applied, the other two are different. And I think within the main group, there are two different generations.
If you can somehow put them all into an excel graph...
...but then there is also the issue of readability, depending on how you show the data.
