Selkie covered his ears at the shouting. "Please stop shouting." As he moved his hands his eyes glowed the color of the sea drenching Kaladin and for good measure putting a large fish beside him.

Kaladin exhaled. "Thank you. I actually really, really needed that." He said, totally calm.

"Umm your welcome?" Selkie said unsure. The fish flopped over to him. "You're off the menu for tonight fish cause the crew has plenty." Selkie picked up the fish and threw it overboard. When the fish hit the water it jumped up and looked at them. Thank you.

Kaladin proceeded to sake the water of his pelt. "Selkie, am I going insane?" He asked. It was a serious question (he wondered if that was a legitimate thing to ask about, one's own sanity). "Because I just shouted at the ocean. Which can't answer back. Because it's water. Chaos. I need help."

"No your going dock crazy you'll get over it in a couple of days. It happens when something unexpected happens on a ship out at sea. Rest stay hydrated and try not to have to go up in the crow's nest and you will be fine. Consider it a right of passage ever sailor goes through it."

(completly making this up.)

Kaladin stiffly walked off. "I think I'll go do that...."

"Still right of passage every single sailor I know has done it at one time or another." Selkie tried to lighten Kaladin's mood.

The echidna sighed wearily, really not sure how he was supposed to respond to Selkie's attempt. He wanted to laugh, but at the same time knew the only way that would happen at this moment was if he faked it. But, If his fake laugh was anything like his sailor impression, the otter would see right through it.

After a moment, all he ended up saying was: "....Thank you...I think I'm going to lie down. Wake me up if you need anything,". He proceeded down to the dorms, where he planned to stay for the next hour or so.

"I value my life, thank you," Collin informed the knights.

"Heh...the pookas are a pain in the butt.I do miss the unicorns tho" she said sadly

Selkie nodded.




"How strong is she?" Caradoc asked.
"Strong enough to scare Valor without touching him."
"So stronger than a mouse." Caradoc stepped back.
At that remark Caradoc about got bitten by Valor. That was one time and it was in my food.
"Woah I didn't mean it geez Valor get a sense of humor." Caradoc told the horse.
Morgan sneaked off toward the castle to go find the wolf.
"Where did Morgan disappear to?" Caradoc asked.
"Geez somedays I think he is half pooka." Blue muttered.
