Cjyx took the time to clean her wings before leaving her house, earth's atmosphere was carrying alot more dust and debri then the one of her home planet so despite her absolutely loahing the feeling of water on them it had to be done to ensure that she would not found herself grounded by strong winds or at least not as easily.
Well, eatherway i'll start my normal observing job soon, i'll keep you updated if i see somthing suspicious or you know more interesting then the usual movement of the crowd.

Once she was ready, she used her usual exit and went toward the more busy parts of the city following a slightly different path then usual just in case.
