Oddlian heard the speach and shook her head. " Stupid mo- " she was cut off when a guy came into her and hugged her.
She was about to kick him in the balls and relised it was Gel.
" Hi Odd... " he said, smiling at her.
" Hi... " Oddilan replied back.
Gel nodded towards the girl who spoke. " Think it's a good idea? "
" Nope... "
" I think it is...means I could help you if you leg completly dies... "
" You worry to much "
" I know... "

Eaca looked at the girl anoucing. She thought it was a great idea that could benifite the people. Which could help family and friends come back together, to be whole again. Eaca slowly nodded. She raised her hands and started clapping, hoping others would join in. Eaca started off quitly but then grew in sound, she heard a few more people join in. Will almost everyone clap? Eaca wondered.

Charles clapped. The girl, Eaca was right in front of him. He thought she looked really nice. "Hey, I hope this goes well!" He told the girl. He hoped they didn't end up fighting. The rebels and peace were finally joining together. He hoped this went well and no one would get hurt. They needed everyone if they wanted to survive.

((For Maria))


Kaylynn was just about to respond to Maria when the announcement broadcast across the intercom. Sighing,she wondered what was going on now. Kaylynn pushed an errant strand of hair back behind her ear and soothed, "Maria, you're not alone. I'm always here for you if you need me, so is Fluffy. Any time you need something it's okay to come find me. Even if it's the middle of the night just to have someone sit with you. Okay? Right now it looks like there's a meeting outside, so why don't we go see what it's about?"


Fluffy ran down Kaylynn's arm to the table and over to Maria. He could sense Maria's feelings and wanted to cheer her up. It took him a moment to think of something, and wondered if his dancing would cheer do the trick. It almost always worked when Kaylynn was sad, so he figured it was worth a shot. Fluffy stood on his back legs and twirled around, leaping into the air, and so on, yet making sure he didn't mess up any of the thingies Maria was putting in order. After all, the goal here was to cheer her up, not make her made at him.


"See Maria? Fluffy's trying to cheer you up," Kaylynn giggled. It was amazing how smart her little friend was. He could sense how Maria was feeling, but Fluffy also understood that he had to be careful around the medicine. Kaylynn really didn't want to go down to this meeting, she knew Maria probably didn't either. It could be important, so Kaylynn sighed and continued, "Okay, we should get going so we aren't late. I don't want to go, but the sooner we do, the sooner we can get back. Right?"

((For James))


Wichahpi watched the strange boy curiously. His jumpy behavior did not concern her in the least. She hadn't meant to frighten him, but she was just as unsure of him as he was of her. Wichahpi's experience with other humans was very limited, but this young man seemed friendly enough. When he fell off the bench at the announcement, Wichahpi moved in front of him, and offered her hand, open palm up to assist him. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to startle you. Your guess is as good as mine, probably better than mine to be honest. This doesn't feel like a trap, but I can't say I'm all that thrilled to walk out into an open space either. Are you alright? You looked upset about something," She asked curiously, walking . Signaling Kohana forward, Wichahpi continued, "My name is Wichahpi. This is my companion Kohana..."


Kohana growled lowly at the human male as he joined Wichahpi, earning him a sharp word from her. He looked up at her confused, but another word from her and he settled down. Kohana pulled off his pack, opened the flap and pulled out some of the food they'd found earlier. Kohana gently picked up the package in his teeth, slowly belly crawled towards the human and set the food down at the other males feet before crawling backwards to Wichahpi. He purred loudly as Wichahpi pet him, and rubbed his head against her gently, not caring what the other male thought of him. All he cared about was Wichahpi.


"Please do not be offended or frightened. Kohana is very protective of me, but he would never attack unless I say so. It's not an excuse, however most of our experience with other humans has hardly been pleasant. He's even trying to apologize by giving you food," Wichahpi explained. She left out that Kohana likely only did it to appease Wichahpi, but it was a start. She saw Kohana alert to the outsider that ran past them, but was not bothered by his running past. She and Kohana knew each other well enough, Wichahpi could tell when there was a real threat.


"I don't mean to be rude, but I think we should run, or they might start the meeting without us." Then Wichahpi smiled at the young man and continued, "Come on, it will be fun. Ready. Set... Go!"



She never smiled since her brother died, Wichahpi knew there was no way for anyone to know that. However she hoped the young man realized it wasn't something she did for just anyone and followed her as she ran towards the Peace side camp. Once they reached the outer edge of the large crowd, Wichahpi held out her hand to signal a stop, and listened to what was the offer was.






((For Kelby and Glitch))


Joshua chuckled at his friends comments. They were a strange pair, but Kelby and Glitch were good people. As he was about to reply the announcement to meet at the hospital came over the loudspeaker. Feeling Carmen nudge his hand with her head, Joshua smiled at his pittie princess and scratched her behind the ears. He would be an utter mess without Carmen. His time over seas had left him with sever PSD which was why he'd left the military in the first place. When he got home, he'd been given several different kinds of medications to try to control it. However nothing worked until one of his doctors suggested a therapy dog. Enter Carmen. Joshua had gone on his traditional daily run, when he saw the poor girl eating out of the trash. So he knelt down and called to her. He expected the young stray to run away. However when she turned and met his eyes, Carmen perked right up and ran straight into his arms and began licking his face. After that, they'd been together every since and Joshua was completely off his meds thanks to her. In a big way they owed their lives to each other.


Returning his attention to Glitch and Kelby, he noted that Glitch seemed eager to go, if hesitant. Not that he could blame her. Joshua took only a moment before he frowned slightly and said, "I'm not sure. It could be a trap, but I don't think so. Something tells me it's legit, but you know I ain't walkin' outa here without a weapon or two." That lopsided grin returned as he continued, "Just in case, ya know. Never can tell what you might run into out there these days. What'd ya say we head out?"


Joshua hated those red shadows just as much, if not more, than the others did. He'd only just begun to adjust to civilian life after his last tour of duty when he watched as his family was frozen right in front of him. He did his best to stop the insidious b**trds from consuming them, even resorting to his secret power However, in the end they overwhelmed him. It was retreat and live to continue the fight, or die. He chose to live and keep fighting. The choice wasn't easy, but Carmen needed him. If she'd been frozen along with his parents and sister, he'd have died that day too. That's all there was to that. Since then, he'd been watching them trying to learn their strengths and weaknesses, so that one day the information could be used to launch a full scale attack and save their world.





((For Nao Stark))


Liam was so lost in thought as he walked to the normal meeting place, he almost ran into Nao, who it seemed was on his way to his room. A bright smile came to Liam's lips as he gave a traditionally Aussie greeting, "Ow ya goin' taday Mate? Got somthin' I think you might want. My little Fairy Princess made another delivery last night." Reaching in his pocket, Liam pulled out a small vial of rattle snake Anti venom, and handed it over. He kept his promise to Wichahpi and told no one who she was, but sometimes she gave him so much extra stock, he couldn't hoard it all. So Liam kept what he could and gave the rest to the others. Since he had no fighting skills, Liam never left the hospital unless he was accompanied by others, Liam was often asked by those who had received the gifts where he got them. All he would do was smile and tell them a pretty Fairy stopped by while they were sleeping and left them.


For as long as he'd been in the States, Liam had never lost his native Aussie accent, or the slang terms that came with it. He'd toned it down some, but that was because he knew people who didn't know Aussie culture might think he was insulting them, rather than joking with them. For example, if you call someone you know well a wog, the other person would laugh and return the favor. Here was another matter entirely. Since Liam was defiantly a lover more than a fighter, he knew it would be unwise to irritate people who he'd need to protect him. Part of him wished he'd had the time to learn at least basic fighting skills, however his class scheduled was very demanding. Leaving him only enough free time to get a couple hours sleep. Even once he began his residency, Liam hardly had time to himself. He was the youngest person to become an orthopedic surgeon in the country, meaning he had a lot more to prove than most. It was d... "Stone the crows!" He exclaimed as the announcement was made. Taking a few deep breaths he said, "I think she's tryin' to give us all a heart attack! Well no sense standin' here. Wadya say we go give a listen?"

He wasn't intending on being rude, but Liam started off wondering if Wichahpi would show up. Once he walked outside, he listened to what Susan had to say all the while watching for Wichahpi. When he saw her, he smiled as she nodded to him. Uniting the clans was a good idea, but he wondered if Susan knew all of what that would mean. Being a leader was a huge responsibility, especially with such a large group with vastly different personalities and backgrounds. He highly doubted Wichahpi would tolerate being told what to do, or have decisions made on her behalf without first consulting her. She was not attached to civilization like most were. He didn't know the whole story, but he knew she'd been living on her own far from civilization long before the Red Shadows made their debut. That was more than enough for him to know she wouldn't be as tolerant of things most people didn't even think twice about.


Susan's speech probably wasn't helping Wichahpi with that decision either. It was hard to read Wichahpi, she never gave facial ques, or allowed her posture to betray what she was thinking. Even once Susan's speech was done, Liam saw no emotion from the Lakota woman. Well at least she hadn't left, Liam thought to himself.

To Kaylyn

Maria laughed as Fluffy danced. She clapped. Smiling, she picked up her dove, Spellcaster. Maria felt happy. She hadn't really felt happy for a long time. When she heard the girl announce the meeting she felt a lot better. "Peace?" She asked. "Thank you, Kay. Maria rather stay with Fuffy and you." She said softly. ((She gave Kaylyn a nickname!)) Spellcaster cooed softly. "Free." She said and opened the small cage door. "At midnight the ghost comes out." She whispered. "Go to the meeting now?" She asked and stood up and starting walking to the doorway to the hall.



Spellcaster fluttered behind Maria softly, hoping Fluffy wouldn't catch her and eat her up. Cats were known for catching mice, and birds. But Fluffy seemed OK, so she decided to fly lower. But still cautiously. She still remembered when Maria saved her from an awful crow that almost got her. She was only a tiny baby bird. Too bad she couldn't talk to Maria. She perched on Maria's shoulder and glanced back at Fluffy.

Zed was only half paying attention to Susan's speech. Something about Sync? He was frantically searching for his sister, Glitch. There were a ton of people though, more than he had expected to be unfrozen. He felt slightly dizzy being surrounded by so many people, all of them talking to each other or cheering. He had to find his sister. He kept his hands in his pocket, on his pet mouse, Bait.
Zed felt something on his leg. Fearing it was a spider, he bent down to flick it up, before realising it was Glitch's scorpion. She must be nearby. "Hey there little guy," he said, picking it up and grinning. He looked around again but still couldn't see Glitch.


@Lotusdragon
(For Sage)
The three of them ran to the weapons room, although Kelby already had his Claymore hanging at his side, as always. He'd taken fencing lessons before the freeze and loved swords.
Glitch sprinted ahead of the two boys out onto the streets, bouncing all the way there. Kelby noticed her glance around, clearly looking for her brother. He made it onto the streets just in time to hear the girl, Susan, make her speech about joining together.
Kelby snorted, and Glitch hit him softly in the stomach. "What?" he asked her, giving her a pouty face. "She may have a good point," replied Glitch. She reached up to her shoulder and noticed her scorpion was gone. "Oh s***, I must have dropped it."
"This girl is mad if she thinks we can all work together," was all that Kelby said, muttering under his breath.

Rin ran down the back alley, not turning back to see if the shy girl was following her. She'd have to wait to get that bunny... Crashing into a few people on the way, she sat on the curb of the street in front of where a girl had just gotten up to speak. She urged the Peace and Rebel forces to join together.
"That's a load of bull!!!!" screamed Rin, although she wasn't heard over the talking of everyone else. She kicked at the ground. One side wants to kill and the other side doesn't. How are they going to reach a compromise? One of the sides will end up forcing their ideas on the other.
...Although... this might be good for her. They'll need a lot of supplies to be able to bring the two sides together and who would be better to do that than her?! Rin smiled to herself, staring at all the people around her like they were her peasants. She was about to get a whole lot more business, whatever way this decision goes.

Edna and Kristoph
Before Edna could answer, Kristoph spoke first, earning him a glare from his partner, not that he cared. "No idea. However, it seems a good idea to see what's up." He said as he passed Keia, not stopping.

"Huh. What say you, Edna?"
"What say I?! You-!" Slamming a hand over his partner's mouth again, Kristoph shook his head. "You really have to control your temper. I'm joining the clan."
Jerking his fingers away just as Edna bit down, he turned to his fuming partner.
"Are you nuts?!" She hissed, even now knowing not to make a scene, despite her fury.
"We have no healer, or an experience one at least." The dark-haired man said, shrugging. "Besides, we could always defect." As long as he stayed alive, he really couldn't be that bothered.
"Gr.... Fine!" His partner replied, huffing and turning her back to him.

Ayame and Geraint
"Hm.... Interesting..." Geraint said, as he glupped down another mouthful of coffee. "What do you think, Aya?"
Ignoring Geraint's nickname for her, the woman answered, pet sitting at her feet. "Why not? I've never liked that we were separated anyway. Afterall, we're all for survival, aren't we?"
"A good question... Are we?" The scientist asked as he finished downing the contents of the mug. "Let's see how this plays out."

Hibiki and Katsumi
"Can we, brother?" Hibiki asked, turning her attention to the black haired teen beside her.
"...I see no reason why not."
"Hm..." Hibiki hummed, turning to their pets. "What about you guys?"
Earning a nod from both, or at least as close to a nod as possible, Hibiki cupped her hands behind her back, smiling.
"Well, guess we're in!"

Adriane and Richter
Richter raced to meet up with his sister, nearly missing the beginning of the speech.
"Well, what do you say?"
Looking up from his bent over position (he was panting), he saw his sister smiling down at him, head tilted to the side. Ignoring the chills he had from that look (it never meant anything good), he answered. "Do I need to say anything?"
Turning her attention back to the speaker, Adriane shook her head, smile fading back into a smirk.
"Nope."

Kaito and Yinhui
Not even needing to exchange words, the answer was clear after the speech was done. They would join. It would improve their chances of survival, since it wouldn't be just them out there, there would be others with them. With one last nod from each member, the four jumped to the roof of a nearby building, feeling some tensions rise. They hope it wouldn't escalate to a fight, but who knew? They were better off up here till the announcement of who would join was given.

Shiro: walking down the empty dark corridors was now something they all had gotten used to. She headed out into the sun, and started walking to the nearly empty forest.Occasionally she found frozen animals to eat for food. "How can we survive with this horrible world. There is no sanctuary in this life."

Everyone else: "Hey, I am going to follow her. In fact, we should all go. There is nothing else to do. Unless you want to listen to some random person's sermon about how we should all join together. I personaly try to avoid that kind of thing for reasons." Youkoni was practicaly telling them they had to go, and that is exactly what they did. "Shiro, wait. We are coming too." "Fine by me." They all went out to the forest.
