Nicote just keeps working on the blade. He's using one of the dagger's handle (which is a screwdriver) to, well, screw the top into the handle.

"Heh, yeah. Well, much more than normal since I got here," Lici explains to Claire. "It's been reeeeeally stressful. Everyone's a stranger, pretty much everyone is some sort of social butterfly, and I'm in the corner having an anxious breakdown. Not to mention, apparently Sparky's sister is a murderer. Just took her deathly enchanted sword back. Out of my hands. And what, am I the only one here with no siblings?? Like, what?!" She laughs.
"Oh, and, Nicote-- it isn't Frostbite. It's my anxiety. I, uh... have terrible control over my ice."

"Ok....And if you haven't noticed, I don't eactly have family here either. And if you still haven't noticed, I'm trying to stay out of the spotlight."

"Um... okay... it was, uh, kind of a joke." She seems overly anxious and uncomfortable.

"It's alright, I don't have siblings, my dad didn't stick around long enough." She shrugs as if it's an everyday thing for her. "I don't have much anxiety but I have separation anxiety, that's about it." She mutters, seeming ashamed of it.

"O-Okayyyyy..." Lici hesitates. "I'm going to go get some hot chocolate! I'll be right back." She runs off.

"Not relaly....but sure."

"So when am I supposed to get this weapon?" She mutters.

Lici returns with a mug of cocoa. She realizes there's still some tension and simply sits down, sipping slowly. "Sooooooo... um... I had a cat back home."

"Well, I could give you one of mine," Sparky says smiling.
