To be fair to myself, Ive never ever seen in a Grant a Wish thread that had actual rules on any site ever. Usually its just a generosity free-for-all. No turns, no requirements. Just rampant requests and ninja gifting.

Granted, thats what I get for assuming anything ever, but the idea that there were going to be rules to read never even crossed my mind.
