Although I am in the uk I keep random hours depending on my body clock. I am severly disabled and probably older than most of the people on here. Usually I am on from 10pm gmt and 4am gmt.
I made a right messup of feeding my pets as I bought more food and didn't realise I had to wait until there was no food left before buying some more. Consequently I am almost broke. Senior moment........lol
Or is it possible to just reset my a/c and start all over again.
This is not a request for money just help please.
So far I have enjoyed the game.

Hey Swanee!
I, unfortunately, am too busy to mentor you at the moment. Sorry, nothing personal. ;) I have pinged a few other mentors that should be able to help you out!
BTW, you haven't wasted any money by buying food before you are completely out. You only get as much food as you need to fill up your storage and you only pay for that amount of food. So, don't worry! :) I know that it's a little hard to get gold in the beginning, I suggest doing a lot of missions and completing some of the storyline. Finishing the quests will give you gold! I could keep going, but your mentor can fill you in on the details.

Have you completed Umbra Forest?: Yes indeed, and all the other available areas.
How many Newbies can you mentor at one time?: A few. I'm online pretty often and enjoy explaining things so it shouldn't be too hard to handle more than one. c:
