Mysty & pups


Tia and Terrin walked up to the large male. Gently rubbing their faces on his legs. Mysty felt a deep joy at the sight for it meant the two had accepted Rhodry on a basic level of trust. She smiled and muzzled the large male back. "Don't worry Rhodry too much about the past...Try to look toward the future. I know we aren't much to look at yet but someday this pack is go on to be great." The alpha smiled and licked the side of his face in a relaxing gesture. "Oooh, can they be a lot of brothers and sisters for us...we mis our brother" Terrin smiled at the thought of another brother ". Can you have all girls mom, I want females to rule the pack, well maybe like two boys so Rhodry and Terrin Don't go crazy" Tia barked, wagging her tail in the hopes of many siblings. Mysty felt a happiness swell to new heights, they considered her their real mother now and it was a great feeling. To know they truly felt she was good enough to Catll their mother.

As he felt he two pups rubbing their small heads against his legs he smiled a bit, gently waging his tail that looked like the fur was dancing as it waved by the movement. He was just to thank the little ones as he heard her spok so he looked up at her. She didnt say much really, however it still feelt like it really helped and he relaxd a bit and as the pips talked he chuckled a bit. It isnt exactly like you can decide the gender of the pups. However the thought was a bit amusing for sure. It would most likely mean that there would be packs filled with either females only or only males.Just the thought of a all mae pack made him shrug in discomfort, most males have a Ego so large that it is almost torture trying to not tread on it. A wrong move and most males will jump on you, females can be the same but they in general have a much nicer temper, unless they have pups ... then they can be really scary actually. "Lets just focus on you two furballs first" he said gently while while carefully rubbing his face at them as a way of thanks.

Mysty and pups


Tia whined, having much preferred her idea. However, she was cut off when Mysty nudged the small pup with her nose. " Time to get you to the den, don't want anything to get their teeth on you." Terrin nodding followed silently. The alpha wondered if he may be just a tad bit too serious sometimes. Mysty let her tail sway behind her and Tai barked for them to wait for her as she trotted after them.Yet, she seemed to thing twice and moved a little closer to Rhodry. Terrin noticed and whined a little but when she remained close to the large male Terrin shrugged and tried to move a little faster so his small frame could keep up with his alpha. Tia looked up at the large male and grinned " I really am going to beat you some day, but if you want I'll let you win at another game." Her light blue eyes shined with a teasing nature as she used her small head to headbutt Rhodry in the leg. Giving him a small challenging growl before going back to her relaxed pup stance. Not seeming to really notice that she had made the sound to challenge another wolf...The alpha looked back at the scene before raising her gaze to Rhodry's. A question hung in her eyes, how is he going to respond to this one....? Amusement was her first response, but worry soon followed. She really shouldn't do that unless she was prepared for a fight, of some kind at least...

He looked at Mysty and made sure the pups was inbetween him and Mysty as he begun to go after her. THis is after all the safest way for them to travel. As Tia walked ack to him he smiled a bit, she really does trust him a lot. As she growled he stoped taken by surprice. ust looking at her he sighed after some time. "Tia" he said in a serious voice. He looked at the pup and the happy go lucky guy was almost gone compleatly. He didnt take the challange serious but others may not be as forgiving despite her beeing a pup. He straightend up, and his full size finally beeing displayed as he walked with the pack. He was completely serious now, the only thing you could feel from him was a kind yet really serious feeling.What she had done ... its no laughing matter at all and its better if she finds out now rather than doing it by mistake later and beeing attacked for it.

Mysty & pups


Tia was surprised when Rhodry looked and spoke so seriously. She gave a small whine of discomfort as she moved a little faster..Terrin's gaze was on the large male having taken a interest to the sudden change. The alpha just felt a bit bad. She didn't want the pups to dislike them in anyway but Tia needed to learn this stuff. Mysty couldn't always know what to say before something happened to prevent it. So the pups would have to sometimes learn from experience. Hopefully in a safe environment and not in a blood thirsty battle..

He esly keept Tias pace. "Tia this is important so listen carefully" he said in a serious manner while looking down on her. "The way you just growled is a challange, did you know that?"he asked looking at her as they moved forward.

Mysty and pups


Tia looked up in confusion. "I make that growl to Terrin all the time, I'm just playin." Her eyes tucked back against her head. She really didn't like the serious looks of the two adults...Terrain tilted his head, having a little more insight due to his observations ...Mysty sighed, well she already had a feeling Tia would grow to be a high ranking wolf...She just didn't know the signs would show so early..Not wanting to bother the two and to give Rhodry some type of respect she thought he could handle this...

"Tia, there is a diference in growls, the one you just did is that of a challange. Doing it by mistake can be really dangerous. There are wolves out there way stronger than both me and Mysty, some of them wouldnt ignore it just because you are a pup. Growling like that to one of those wolves would kill you." he said in a serious manner. He looked down on the pup a while before smiling gently. "Im not saying this to scare you, rather to warn you. This is things you need to know" he told her. He gently buffed her with his nose wagging his tale. "But untill you know it we will help you" he promissed nudging her to follow Mysty.

Still sad to have upset the adults Tia simply followed after her mother. Mysty watched with a sad gaze, but this lesson may save the pups life some day. Walking through two massive oaks the alpha smiled and turned to Rhodry. "Welcome to the heart of this territory." Looking out at the large round meadow Mysty couldn't help but feel proud. The den Sat in the near perfect center, made up of large logs and a deep hole dug under. A small stream gurgled at the far end, while open space was everywhere. Wild flowers of all colors dotted the dark green grass. The pups barked happily, it was getting dark and they liked the den when the sun no longer claimed the sky. They rushed over and and quickly entered the large den. Mysty had built it for her and a large litter to fit. So the two pups had plenty of space to play until they wore out. The alpha walked over to the entrance of the den the laid down. The pups were safe enough with her guarding just beyond the den and she preferred to see how Rhodry did the first night here...
