Sawyer nodded. "Alright, where do we start?"
The lady nodded, watching her leave. She wondered if the two were a couple or related or something like that. The doctors hadn't had time to hook him up to any machines and had pulled the knife out of him which had just caused more bleeding, staining the bedding a dark, dark red and looked black. Ash's heart was too weak to feel and his breathing was so shallow that if you put your ear up to his mouth you couldn't hear or feel it. His chest wasn't rising and falling, either.
