A servant soon walked into the room and scavenged around the room. He eventually noticed the princess, the bowed to her.
He saw the pile of 'breathing books' nearby and shook Temorin awake. "Your highness. You are needed...it is rather an emergency..."

"oh no, forgive me your majesty, you are free to do as you please. The prince is needed in order to neutralize...um.... handle a minor situation."
The servant leaned down towards Temorin who was still waking up and whispered, "They are coming."
Temorin shot up and gave a look to the servant, at which the servant nodded. In no more than the next few seconds, Mino was bolting out the door, the servant hot on his tail. Mino began to give orders to several nearby maids as he took a left in the hall.

She watched him run off then stood, picking up her book and walking towards the library exit.

Xolia was quickly bombarded by two guards and several maids, all rushing her to her room. By the time they arrived, one guard stood watch outside, and the other inside. The maids rushed about the room, tidying up and offering Xolia whatever she might need.

She did not ask what the emergency was since she would most likely find out in due time. But for now, she simply sat down on the couch, opening up her book and reading.

The three maids were Garland, Cartana and a middle aged woman. Garland and the newer woman were inthe closet, sorting and pruning clothes, while Cartana sat at the princess' feet, smiling slightly at the guard near the door.

Xolia didn't mind and re-indulged herself back into the book. There was a chance she would be here for a while, so she may as well get comfortable.
