By the time the group got together Diana was staggering. She wishes she had never had to go so far while working to hide tracks. Hoping everyone was okay Diana glances over them again.



Storm looks at Lexi again before looking back at the path the group had taken. Should I track them his glances seemed to ask.

Diana glances wearily at the spirit, "I hope this doesn't make us a bigger target."

Nicote shrugs. "Well, they're stuck together for life more or less so either way....."

Finn just...hung with the avalonians.

Storm glances at Finn questioningly as his horse Thunder grazes nearby. His quiet nature hid lots of things but his skill was not one of them.


Diana nods once, "Silver and I covered the trail."

"Great." Nicote nodded. "That's good...hopefully they don't notice too much and go another direction. In fact...they'll going to think we're going as far away as possible. But if we veer a little to a different direction....."


"What?" Finn asked.

Storm speaks his voice raspy and low, "I'm going to track them. Lexi any other orders?"


"Good I'm worried about the younger kids falling behind though. I'm even having trouble keeping up this pace. Do you think that Avalon might just leave us alone?"

"No. But if anything, I'll turn myself in. I'm on their wanted list for sure. If you see Avalon on the horizon, you and the kids go on ahead and get away as fast as possible and I'll stall them." Nicote said. "And whatever happens, do not tell Xan until you're in safety."

"No don't even think about it Nicote. We already lost Alex we don't need to loose another member of our family," Diana grabs Nicote's arm and holds it tightly, "So don't say or think it ever again. Promise me you won't do it again."
