Mysty & pups


Tia glared and growled for a few seconds after but then released him and jumped down. Instantly her little hunting expression was transformed into a young pup again. " When I'm big I bet I could take you, I bet I could even take something this gigantic!" Tia looked at Rhodry before quickly racing over to the stag and pouncing on its head . She gave a small cute little howl. Terrin couldn't resist and howled along with his sister. A smile on his face as he nudged Rhodry with his small face. As if a silent thank you for putting up with them. Mysty could only shake her head. Tia was so adventurous and spirited, and her brother evened her out with his calm and respectful manners...

He looked at the pup calm and collected while she was growling a bit. As she jumped down and begun of things she was yet to be even remotely close to do he smirked a bit. Well her confidence is in top thats for sure. "All wolves can take down a stag with a bit of help" he replied smiling gently. As he felt a gentle nudge he looked down at Terrin who were still under his paw. "Any time Terrin" he said with a friendly voice and let go of him while laying down his head to rest. Yawning a bit before sighing and relaxing completely. THis is something he can get used to for sure.

Mysty & pups



The alpha sighed quietly, contentment swelling in her heart. This was by no means the large pack of her dream but it was an amazing start. Turning her head she nuzzled Rhodry' s side for a moment. This male was the start of a brighter future for the pups. For if Mysty whishedwished for anything it would be for the pups to grow up and be amazing adults. Thirty was so calm and relaxed, an extra set of eyes and ears. She was thankful. "I could really get used to having such great meals, and company." Mysty watched her tail to show her gratitude even more. Her smile was bright and shone even more as her two little pups howled in joy, this day was good. "What do you say, want to bury our catch and then go to the den?" Her eyes held happiness and warmth as she slowly got up on to her paws. The pups immediately went to her and bounced around her legs. They would follow her anywhere, even the den even though they weren't tired....

He looked towards Mysty as she nuzzled him. A gentle smile spread across his face and he wagged his fluffy tail. As she spoke he looked up at her. He may be a soft and kind male but he is still a male, so having a female compliment him like that made him really happy. His male ego growing a bit infact. The entire body of Mysty radiated from joy, making him a bit more happy go lucky than he already was his tail wagging more than mere seconds earlier. "Sure, it sounds like a good plan"e replied before getting up on his paws, stretching his legs. once he had stretched properly he shaked his body to get the fur clean from sticks and dead leaves. With easy and for his size, surprpricingly gracefull steps he trotted to the carcass before grabbing it in his jaws. He had seen a few bushes and rocks litle bit to the east. Sniffing the carcass he walked around it Trying to decide wich place was easiest to drag it in. After a while he decided to drag in the neck, so with a firm grip with his jaws he took a hold of the neck on the once proud stag and begun to drag it to the spot had seen while waiting for Mysty and the dinner to apear.

Mysty & Pups



Myst smiled after him, she had been planning on doing that. So that he could try to get to know the pups a little. He had the right feel about him, she trusted him with the pups. However, she supposed it was for the best. She wouldn't have really been strong enough to go it by herself, yet. She was sure with Rhodry now here she would have a little more time to get her strength back. Her smile grew at the thought, and then she wondered if Tia would actually be able to take on a stag by herself. Not that she doubted Terrin would let his wild sister do something that reckless. He was always watching and protecting her even tho he was not much bigger than her. Mysty had to admit her pack was small but was made up of amazing wolves." Come, lets give Rhodry some back up." The pups jumped up at the idea and chased after Rhodry. The alpha easily kept pace with them. Her ears alert as always for any kind of danger.

As the rest of the small pack came to help him hide the food he wagged his tail, showing his apreciation and gratitude. WHile backing away with the dead stag he had some time to think, not beeing able to talk properly. How long had it been since he had done this? A bit unsertain of the time he thought back in time. It probaly was in the days that he still was with his mother, father and family. As he saw his family in his minds his ears sloped down towards the sides, making him look a bit sad and the tail stoping to wag wasnt helping his sad look. But just a few seconds later he begung wagging the tail once more. As th small pack finaly had the stag there he wanted it he let the head fall towards the ground before beggingin tocover it with dirt and rocks.

Mysty & pups


Mysty wondered what had caused the sad expression on Rhodry' s face. Not really wanting to push any matter to much if he didn't want to she kept it simple. Still helping cover the kill the alpha glanced at the male and said "Anything bothering you Rhodry?" . It was the safest question she could think of, it allowed him to a deer or to not...Mysty turned her gaze over to the pups. The expression on her face went from a more serious look to amusement. The two young wolves were trying to help, with little success. A couple of pebbles and a small spray of dirt was all their little paws could muster. "Your both doing so well for you age." It was the truth but there was the finest hint of teasing as a tiny round rock shot in the wrong direction and landed near her paws.

Happy for the help to cover their food he smiled a bit. As he heared her question he stoped looking at the ground beneath him. As she talked about the pups he looked back towards them and wagged his tail a bit, it hit the somewhat hidden carcas, sweaping a few pebbles and a bit of dirt of it. A short while he stood silent, just staring at the pups. "I were thinking about my parents. What they are doing ... if they are even alive ... and my siblings ... cousins ... we were a fairly big pack but we were all close, I just kinda miss them a bit"he explained while smiling. After taking a deep breath he shaked his body before he barked a bit happily. "Oh well, the past is the past" he said after a while and begun to cover the last pieces of their food.

Mysty and pups


The alpha gave a small and sad smile. Nodding she understood him, she may feel a little different. However, the misgivings she felt for her family didn't outweigh her love for them. They still had loved her in their own way. They were just a very tough and ruthless family that did things only a certain way...

As he was happy with the result of their combined atempts to hide the corps he walked up to Mysty and gently rubbed his head against her. Despite having said that it was in the past he still felt a bit down and wanted some sort of reasurance, something to feel better. Some comefort, someone to tell him he will be fine and that they are fine.This was probably the first time he ever felt down that he had left the pack, but he knew that he did the best thing. He did what was needed. ANd they are all smart and great wolves. But still, he misses them. Sure he tried to not think of them but for some reason he didnt know he couldnt stop remembering them right now.
