You also have to complete the first portion of the tutorial before you can explore the map, at all. Follow the tutorial in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Hiya, I'm just curious about the sylesti essence, how do you know if you've obtained an essences? As in, where would it say what essences you have and of how many?

Cloverwolf7089: I looked at your pets and I would suggest better armor for them. Also the best team has a tank in the middle and hard hitters on the sides. I'm not very good at explaining it but you can read about it here

Xcupcakefrosting: If you get an essence from nurturing there will be a pop up to let you know, and if you get one from a battle it will be recorded in the log underneath the battle screen. You can see essences in you inventory and in the top left corner of the item there will be a number, that is how many you have.

Hello, I'm new and i'm trying to figure out how to capture a sylesti. I've managed to open my little bag and select the trap I want to use and I select the target but it never lets me do anything after that. Am I missing a step or something? I'm very confused.

After selecting the pet you wish to capture select your pet and make it do something, in other words just end it as any other battle. The battle log will tell you if you were successful or not.

Okay my next question, I received some kind of staff thingy and I went to my inventory and clicked on it and clicked 'use item' but nothing happened and it disappeared, it said it would equip but it didn't. So where do I find it?

It will be located in your wardrobe =) You can find it by looking for the box with a white background. (For staff, go to items->held)

I'm new (Okay my account is old, but I didn't know I had one until recently!) and I just found an egg. How do I get nurture clicks? I saw that I can nurture others.. can I nurture my own? How do I add my egg to that list? I read that it helps make a stronger pet. How many clicks should I get?
