Raven saw this and being curious, returned and saw this. Raven wanted to stop them but Luna wouldn't let her.

"Ash, you realize that someone could die, right?" Sawyer asked, the smile on his face eerie. "Duels to the death tend to end that way." Ash grinned right back, but it was a savage thing, grim and frightening. "But I'm touched that you care." "One moment," Sawyer said jogging to Raven. "So," he murmured, grinning as he tilted her chin up, "before I march off to battle, how 'bout a kiss for luck?" Ash rolled his eyes, straightening and leaning on his sword

" Sawyer.. please don't fight him.. I don't want someone to die here.. ' She said giving him a gentle peck on the lips, she knew she couldn't really stop him.

Nicote grunts eveyr time he lands heavily on the horse's back. He's not a fan of riding like this.

"I have to, princess." With a whoop, he flourished his knife and charged the waiting Ash. Ash lunged, a blur, his sword hissing down with a vicious arc. Sawyer leaped out of the way. Ash and Sawyer went into deep battle, and it looked like each was intent on killing the other. Sawyer ducked a savage blow. Ash attacked viciously, his blade singing as he bore down on his opponent. Sawyer dodged and parried with his dagger, retreating before the onslaught from Ash. Diving away, Sawyer had time to grab his pocket knife, his turn to attack. He kept bearing his knives down on Ash, but he dodged and parried, whirling from one attack to the next. Sawyer then disappeared into the crowd. Ash lowered his sword, gazing around warily. He inched forward and raised his sword. His gaze flicked to Raven, but he dismissed her almost as quickly. But that split second was enough for Sawyer to bury his dagger deep into Ash's chest, just below his heart. Ash staggered backward, dropping his sword and falling to the ground with a groan

Cliff ignores him, riding away from the hospital.

Kelsi arrived and went scouting around the outside of the hospital, searching

Phoenix just tries to hang on as best he an, although he's in a bit of a pickle (well lets see, he can exactly hop off can he? lP)



Peggi frowns. "He's not here...Hi Newt, have you seen Phoe?" she yells as Newt comes out of the library. He blinks. "Isn't he in the hospital?" "He ran off." "He can't run." "He disappeared through a window."

Raven saw this, and for a reason she couldn't describe she felt a pang of pain in her heart. She pushed thru the crowd and shoved Sawyer out of the way with such fierce force that it knocked him over. " Ash? Ash are you alright? " Raven looked to be a little panicked with seeming him so hurt, " Luna! Call an ambulance! " Luna did as told and Raven tried to tend to Ash. " Don't you dare fight me right now, do you understand me? " Her voice sounded a little broken saying it, her body shaking.

Cliff takes him to a place that most have never been before...It was a very, very secluded area with only what looked like a shack stood. It was actually a safe house but it was so run down that it looked more like a shack.

"Newt, can you not say anything smart for once? We need your help finding Phoenix."

There was dark blood seeping between his fingers that had moved to cover his wound. Sawyer sat on the ground, stunned at Raven. "Raven." Ash's voice, despite the pain below the surface, was calm. "I hope you never have to get hurt again." He faced Sawyer. "Sawyer, I regret having to step out of our duel." He turned back to Raven. He managed a smile. "You made me feel alive again," he murmured as the ambulance showed up and hauled him off
