Iist scowled. "Thanks, I'm honored to have such a personal welcome. Really feeling the hospitality, your highness." She gripped the handle of the dagger in her sheath behind her, but didn't take it out just yet. "I suppose you didn't have anything better to do than to come see me out here."

"Aaaactually," he said, drawing out the 'a'. "I do have better things to do. But, you know, brother is terribly boring sometimes. Isn't reacting properly to torture. So, I decided to come hear to escort you down, seeing you had some trouble getting here, and probably will have some trouble getting down there without my help."

"Tch, because your kingdom is so uncivilized, even the royalty don't know a thing about basic human rights." Iist folded her arms, a bit relieved that the prince didn't attack her just yet, but still bitter. "I'm waiting for my companions to return before I head down. Assuming that door was the right one."
