"Well, I'm sorry, but most of my issues up until Infinite attacked consisted of solving for x and finding square roots! 5 weeks ago I would be never seen myself doing this!" Rookie replied sharply, pushing his glasses up a bit.

Infinite charged up a beam of energy and fired at Knuckles, who just barely dodged. "Shadow! Get 'im on the ground!" He shouted, pulling himself onto a short wall. He hopped off, caught a breeze and attacked on the fly... his fist just clicked off the mask. "Seriousl-- Urf!" This time Infinite didn't bother using an energy attack, he simply kicked the attacker in the jaw.

"Right. Calm." Rookie nodded. He trotted up to the computer and flicked it on.
