Shadow took a fish and ate it. She smiled happily. "Thank you." Shadow said.

Maria~
Using her snout she pushed him up and on to her back before following after the male once more.he had said that his friend knew medicine maybe they could help.

Altair-
He tried at the sound of the man's voice. "Are you alright?" He asked though he seemed to not be worried.

Orinight-
He smiled back at her. "No problem." He said looking at her. To think he nearly turned her in. "Are you feeling any better?"

Kara tore off the flank of the puffadore, cringing at the taste. I knew that it was old, I should've gotten a younger one from their pack . . . she scolded herself.

"A bit..... I am able to move at least." Shadow said. She didn't know if it was safe for her to be here.

Orinight-
He nodded slowly at her. "I'm glad." It was best he leave her now, it wasn't safe for him to be here. "I must be going..." He said casting his head down at her.

Korak pushed himself up and licked Kara on the nose before sniffing the puffadore. He could tell it was old, and probably tasted horrible too. He pushed it away, somewhere against a wall, and took off the aurleon's feathers. He tore off the heads and talons, then looked around the burrow. Picking up a match box, he struggled to do that weird motion humans could and in the end dropped the box in frustration. A match fell out and caught fire against the floor, and he quickly piled sticks onto it. As it started smoking and then burning, he smiled slightly to himself and started cooking an aurleon. "Keep the puffadore, but don't eat it. I want to try something." He said to Kara. Then, blushing, "Could you, perhaps, read aloud from one of the books?" he asked shyly.

"Okay......." She said sad. She liked having him around but if he had to go then she wouldn't stop him. She sighed.

Theon didn't protest as the female morkko pushed him up onto her back.
"I... I'm just dizzy that's all... It's just my eyes, this happens sometimes... I... I just need some rest..."
That was all he could manage to say befor the pain redoubled. He was so dizzy it felt like someone had hit him over the head with a brick. He was just aware enough to feel the morkko increase her pace.

Kara looked at the fire he started, and then back to the book she was reading. It was on how the different species arrived to the land, so she picked out a story book. Flipping to a page, she started to read.

"Thy Rose blooms beautifully, but the Rose does not bloom for a millennia.
A cactus is not an object of beauty for those who do not wait, for while thy is prickly, flowers bloom in pink and blue upon it for eternity.
The Rose, in jealousy of the Cactus, wilts and dies.
The rose is a jealous flower, not sharing it's water.
The Cactus allows small birds to peck into it and drink until they are full, for the Cactus's soul is far more colorful than that of thy Rose."

She considered the story for a moment, staring off into space.
