She grabbed another arrow from her quiver and aimed, hitting the creature in the face. She leaped off Midnight, grabbed a dagger and slashed the creature leaving a large, and deep, wound with blood oozing out.

Ratonhnhake:ton climbed up onto the worms back using his tomahawk to do so. Once on its head he tried to figure out where to hit it to kill it. "******!" He yelled as the things tentacle arms came after him, throwing him off.

Pepper screamed again and this time completely losing control she slashed over and over again her arm almost a blur. She quickly made a small hole big enough for her arm to fit through. Without hesitation she stuck her arm into the bloody oozing hole and groped around in the slimy insides. Her hand connected with something she could tell wasn't part of the worm and she backed up and tried to make the hole wider by slashing at it.

She jumped around it dodging its attacks then yelled to the Native American boy,"Get it! I will distract it!" she grabbed another arrow and shot it then leaped and rolled as it dived at her.

The worm turned its head to them and hit them away. It dove back under the sand and all was quiet. Ratonhnhake:ton stood slowly from where he had fallen. "******..." He cursed looking around. "We aren't going to be able to get him back...I'm sorry..." He said looking at Pepper. "He's gone."

Off in the distance there was a loud bang, large enough of a bang to draw attention as a fountain of blood, sand and chunks of flesh flew up into the air. The horses jump some at the sound and the ground shakes with the force. Ratonhnhake:ton cocks an eyebrow. "Now what?"

"My guess something happened to that sand worm," she responded,"Let's go check it out."

She leaped atop Midnight and rode in the direction of the chaos. When the dust cleared Mia saw, a girl, a dead sand worm, and lots of blood and flesh, "Hello?"

She was covered in blood and saliva from the worm but it didn't seem to big her any. Maggie was rummaging through the remains of the sand worm as she searched for her gun. "No I know it's in here, but the question is where?" She said to herself as she climbed inside the worm again. "There it is!" She said dragging the gun out of the worm. "Wait a minute..." She dragged it the rest of the way out to find there was a man clinging desperately to it. "Well hello, excuse me sir but I believe this is my gun." She said taking it from him. "Thank you for your time." Maggie put the gun in her holster and walked away only to find there was a growing crowd now. "I'm sorry but do I know you?" She asked looking at the strange new girl. She waited for an answer when she remembered the man that had ended up with her in the worm. "Shoot! I forgot all about him!" She frantically looked around for yet another body, which was a hard task seeing that there was so many out there. She finally located him and knelt beside him. "Damn it! He's not breathing!" She held his nose and breathed into his mouth. "Come on, come on now! You had a hell of a lot of fight in you when you were in the worm, where is it now?"
