He nodded back and hooked an arm gently behind her back and then under her legs. He pulled to a stand and carried her carefully back toward the house,slow so that she wouldn't feel pushed in.

He purred for her,the sound natural and strong as it vibrated through his chest. Shade had left the door open a bit for them thankfully.

He used his tail to open the door all the way and walked in,closing it with his tail behind them.

He glanced down a bit to her and smiled softly,but his fur had black hints here and there now. Dark and brooding like it was,worse than before,trying to take over the teal and pink furr.
