Scar sat down at a table that had been set up for visitors to the stage

Jelen sat down on a rock by the river, and started humming. Her short tail was rocking side to side to the beat of her hum.

"I would react badly to the slightest hint of hesitance." Scar sang quietly. "He'd bend awkwardly to suit my mood. No word from his defence."

"When the sun shines, I shine so little, when the moon glows I simply stand, I'm a dime for a dozen, the commoner lady" Jelen was singing, resting on her back. Her hands were behind her head as she sang, and she seemed to absorb the morning light's glow as she lay there.

Amber and Emalf were asleep, but Amber's stomach was already growing.

Jadis looked at his brother and then headed back home

Eventually, Jelen stopped singing and yawned. She found a small den in the roots of some tree and covered it up with grass and leaves once she was inside.

Scar followed after his brother only to make sure he was safe

Jelen was snoring quietly, curled into a ball.

Scar kept awake thinking of Jelen. He loved her he knew that but how could that be possible. He could bite her if he meant to kiss her. He was a predator and she was prey. He had killed deer for his family to eat.

Jelen uncurled from her ball and was soon snoring on her back.
