A wave splashes Kaladin as Selkies voice echoed,*Kaladin whats going on? I can feel the sea is rough but why is it so rough when youre on land?! Wait you didnt wait did you? Did Seaweed tell you whats going on?*
As if on cue a huge wave can be seen in the distance.

Kaladin shivered a bit. "Y-yes and yes..."

Selkie groans, "Oh Kaladin I thought you would wait or not want to come. Alright I'll do what I can to keep the seas calm but it's still going to be rough. I'll ask Locke if he's close to you and can pick you up."
Selkie tries to contact Locke.

(Story is going to get real slow on my end for awhile so feel free to go ahead without me on the ship, but the castle will probably go quieter since im Having a hard time finding motivation right now.)

Solis noticed her almost dreamy look, as of shes imagining the wind from the sea. Her siren heritage probably calling her back to the waters where her mothers familys came from. You dont really want this position do you? He asked tilting his head breaking the silence

"It doesn't matter what I want," Starlight explains, "it's what's best for the kingdom that matters. Besides someone has to make things right between the two kingdoms. What about you? I have a feeling you don't want to be here either."

Locke twitched an ear, hands remaining firmly on the wheel as he stood at The Lance's helm. Ahoy Laddie, He responded to the call with a hum. Y'need an assist 'r just company?

I need help, Selkie explains, Kaladin is out on the open sea and there is a big storm. I'm currently on Apatos dealing with a hurricane here so I have minimal because of what's going on. Can you help him please? I thought he was staying at his home until this blew over but apperantly I was wrong.

Kai gently and carefully licks Kaladin trying not to tip the rowboat over by moving too much.

Kaladin glanced over, wrapping both arms around Kai again. The shaking didn't subside, however. ". . ."

Locke's ears folded back. Ah hurricane, y'say...? Ah'll check it out, but Ah won't promise any miracles. Ain't risking tha crew in that. Drayke has the best chance, but iffin tha winds 'r too disagreeable, he won't be able ta navigate through.

Kai leaned into Kaladin both trying to comfort him and herself at the same time.

Locke no I'm dealing with the hurricane at Apatos. Kaladin is the one who needs help he's on the open sea with a storm not a hurricane. I'll try to ask Seaweed where they are but don't expect an exact answer, Selkie paces back and forth watching the sky. He contacts Locke again after a few minutes, Seaweed said they were somewhere between Apatos and Angel's Island about 200 leagues from the island but he doesn't know exactly where aside from that.

...Aye. We'll check it out, then. Locke agreed, whistling for Drayke. Want me ta keep ye filled in?
