Starlight nods once, "Yes now hurry up and get ready. This is a peace offering so please look nice and behave."

Kal nodded quietly, rubbing at his arm and averted his gaze. "If it isn't too much trouble... I'd really appreciate that."

"It's the least I can do," Selkie spoke looking back towards the ship, "so how have you been?"
Kai glances up at Kaladin, The offer still stands when you want him gone I'll chase him off.

(Are you okay?)

"Peace offering for who?" she asked sliding out of bed. A moth landing on her head with a chime, "Okay I'll go grab the flower dress" she mumbled to them still half asleep. Heading to the closet, there were some half open chests with dresses in them.

"For Duke Solis," Starlight explains before leaving, "Thank you Evermore."
She quickly but carefully walks down to the table and makes sure everything is in order.

"oh" evermore remarked before starlight left. She was halfway in the dress when she did leave.


Down at the table,everything seemed to be going well. The dishes were set out and servants were prepared with food and drinks to pour.

Starlight walks to the dining room wondering if the scent of food had arroused Duke Solis from his sleep. She hoped this would be a chance to make things right.

Duke solis was in the sitting room next to the dining area, as the breakfast wasn't finished. He was dressed in similar clothing to the other day. Most of his wardrobe seemed to consist of a black long sleeved undershirt with some warm colored vest and matching pants and sometimes a black robe or cape. Evermore eventually got downstairs, her hair and dress a little disheveled, presumable because of the moth's help. One sat in her hair almost like a hair clip fluttering once in awhile

(sorry it's going slow it's been a little rough for me recently, just with inspiration to write)

Starlight wasn't thrilled that Duke Solis hadn't said anything. She smiles at Evermore, "Would you like some help? I'll serve you whatever you want that's on the table. I'd recommend the fruit mix. It's a tradition dish from my mentor's home with a few modifications."

(Me? Yeah, I'm doing fine. Just life's gotten kinda busy for me, is all, so I haven't been on this as often. Finals, college work, and I just had a job interview.)

Kal gave Kai a pat in appreciation. "I've... been alright. Keeping myself occupied. I think I've become quite the medic, so I've been told..." He grinned sheepishly.
