"who knows, theres only one way to find out" she remarked. She looked at her daughter, "You doing okay?" she asked watching her mix the fruit. She seemed to be struggling a bit as she mixed but she nodded her head

Starlight notices concern in her voice, "Is everything alright?" She wondered if Duke Solis would even be down for breakfast at this rate he probally would think it was poison coming from her. It isn't and she would be happy to prove it.

"just making sure Collette's doing okay with the fruit" demoiselle remarked. "If you want to help me get started on the other parts we can" she added

"Sure," Starlight responds.

Within the next hour and a half the meal slowly came together, the fruit thing being finished and eggs being made along with some loaves of bread and some other fresh fruit. Desmioselle dusted off her hands one last time before looking at the array, "Well m'lady you've got a knack for cooking i can say"

Starlight blushed, "The meal came together thanks to you, your daughter, and the other staff members. I did very little." She was being modest, a good trait in anyone. "Besides you have all the skill and I mearly followed the recipe."

"I'd say just cutting the fruit without sight alone is a great skill" she remarked giving starlight a small pat on the back. "Why don't you go get ready for breakfast and we'll set up the dining hall" she suggested

"It's not that hard no harder than you cutting fruit with sight," Starlight answers, "Alright I'll go get ready."
The night before she had help choosing a sea blue dress she missed Captain Waverider quiet a bit but the staff didn't need to know that. She got ready quickly then returned to see what else she could do to help.

Kal frowned a bit, looking a bit at a loss of what to say; he hadn't really planned to even converse. "...Why would I punish them?" He asked instead, averting his gaze. "How, even? They've been nothing but nice to me and Kai."

Selkie looks down at the ground his tone sincer, "Because of my actions and decieving you. Of which I can't say how sorry I am. I understand if you don't want to see me on the ship if you're coming. Just say so and I'll stay out of sigth as much as possible."
