Phoenix adjusts something on his prototype and now has this mad scientist look on his face. For soemoen who doesn't listen ot his teachers, he's quite smart. Which is scary.

Ash shook his head. "That's horrible. Those people are monsters."

Jake isn't sure what to think of Phoenix when that happens

Phoenix looks it over pke more tome, then places it on a nearby rock. "Lets see if it work before i start making the actial thing." He pulls oit some lighter, lgiths it, then scoots bsck. :miht want to move back."

Jake backed out of range of being exploded or set on fire.

The prototype shakes, hen suddenly shoots into theair. It goes up for quite awhile before whatevers fueling it dies and it plummets back towards the boys.


It hits the griund like aloud thud.


"Hmmm....guess i do need that extra booster.....Angle ofainch is too high too....." phoenix is already adjusted things, straightening bent peices, etc.

Jake shook his head. He was horrible in science and engineering.

Phoenix seemed lost in his own world again.

" Monsters are an understatement.. but I am alright now at least. "

Ash shook his head. "I could call them a lot worse, but I have dignity, unlike Sawyer," he said, rolling his eyes.

Jake just watched

" Yeah.. he swears quite a bit. I don't mind though, to each there own. "
