(Sorry I didn't respond sooner)
Nero wasn't really paying attention to what was happening among her friends- all she cared about was the poor kids in front of her who were about to get whooped.
She spun the bat in her hands and swung right for someone's ribcage. That, someone, was about a head taller than her and completely caught off guard. Nero smirked at them, hitting them one last time, in the stomach, just to make sure they wouldn't get up too soon. The short girl looked around eagerly for another target to club. Someone swung at her head with a crowbar and she narrowly ducked out of the way, mildly disoriented.
Daniel rolled his eyes. He jumped off of the couch and began to slink to a janitor's closet that had a hallway leading towards the theater. "Alright, just holler if you need help.", The brunette said before disappearing into the corridor.
It was dark and musty because the kids never used the hallway much, but he knew it well enough to make his way through the dark. Though, it always kind of scared him, not like he was afraid of the dark, it was just because the corridor was always dark, even with a flashlight, it was weird. Daniel brushed off the feeling as he counted the last two steps before he knocked into the door.
Daniel readied his axe before opening the door, ready to help the others storm the intruders. He swung open the door- it opened just before the proper entrance to the theater so he didn't have much further before he needed to help.
