He smiled towards her as she nuged at his side. His somewhat clean fluffy tail moving a bit. Feeling so down isnt fun, its horrible, but the sound small, quick paws made him look the other way, as the female scared the pups by telling them she might have gotten a bruse he shuckled amused at the thought.if she got a bruse from that small ... headbutt then she was a much more fragile wolf than she looked. "Looks like we will be a rainbow pack" he said after a while. A white wolf, or atleast really pale, the male pup will most likely turn black, then thereis the white and red alfa and lastly himself. A grey male. A really missmatched pack with most colours that a wolf can have. Looking at the pups that slowly got cleaned he felt a bit bored so he begun to chew on a stick

Mysty lifted her head at his comment, were they really so diverse? She looked at the pups and did have to say they were pretty different in coats colors. Tia being so light and her brother being closer to black. " Mm, now all we need is a brown wolf and gold or honey wolf to complete the wolf rainbow..." Mysty smiled gently as she thought of her kind uncle. His honey colored fur was always her favorite to look at, much to her vain mother's disdain. A muddy brown as dull as her personality had nothing to her older brother's golden fur and kinder personality. Thinking back to coats Mysty looked at hers, she was still really thin and malnourished from her careful dedication to the pups. So it was not as shiny and full as normal. " Hey, Rhodry would you like to hunt now. The sun has gone down enough where we should have a few hours til we need to get the pups in the den." Mysty felt her tail wag at the thought of hunting. Even if her attention would be divided on the prey and the pups where she would leave them. Until they were actually old enough to join, she was sure they would start soon than really need be. However, they were both really dedicated pup so she was sure they would be the ones wanting to begin joining rather than her asking...

As she said the words "wolf rainbow" he shuckled a bit cause even if he had begun by calling it a rainbow pack he have to admitt, it is suck a silly compination of words. Its really laughable to say the least. despite keeping most of his atention on his new ... toy ... the stick, he still kept a close survilance around them. As she spoke again she stoped chewig on the twigg and looked up towards her as she stood up. Right now he most likely looked ridiculous, something he seemed to do a lot for now. If it was intended or by accident he didnt know. All he knew was that he just happend to look silly and ridiculous for now. "Sure, its a good time for hunting" he said nodding before letting his new toy rest from beeing shewed upon before standing up himself. THe massiv fluffy fur was shaken and both twiggs, sticks and leaves went flying of him. Once done he walked after her with his tail wagging slightly. Hunt means food, food that is something he likes. Well most wolves likes food to be honest.

The pups began following their alpha without being told. Both of their demeanor immediately changing to alert but silent. Mysty couldn't help but feel pride, indeed they would be the most impressive wolves when adults. Taking in a deep breath Mysty fully switched to alpha mode. It had been awhile since she had gone fit her than this creek but she knew of an excellent place to hunt. Glancing at Rhodry briefly she then quietly told the pups to walk between the two adults. She kept her tone short and serious, the pups easily caught on. Then Mysty shot forward with speed of a wolf trained to cover much distance in short time. Which she was, having been the only one to guard her territory for so long. Slowing she paused long enough to make sure everyone was keeping pace and not struggling.

As the pups started to follow he stoped dead in his track, making sure to keep the pups between him and Myst. As she fully transformed, taking the ideal picture of a alfa he looked at her in amazement. As the pups made sure they were between her and him self the entire pack set of, him making sure he had the pups between them. Not really struggling to keep up, but feeling a bit behind as he run behind the pups. But he didnt mind that much really, its just great to be part of a pack again so he enjoyed it despite beeing last, but then again, he have no idea were on the terretory that they had the best chanse of success so for him to be in teh front would jut be madness really.

Mysty felt as if she could taste the forest all around her. Her mouth watered as a large rabbit darted away from the small back in the distance. Remaining where she was the alpha didn't bother with chasing something so tiny. Her pale gaze was set south as she ran swiftly through the darkening forest. Feeling a breeze whipping around her fur she let her ears twitch with every sound. Most creatures she heard paused in their activities to watch what the pack was doing. For they were predators, and every living thing knew it as Mysty traveled purposely. Her paws struck the ground silently, the darkness of the forest gave way to light up ahead. Smiling the alpha slowed down, listening as she envisioned the meadow that was up ahead. The tall grass that made up the circular space was the perfect height to cover a grown wolf. The sound of hooves quietly moving across the ground made Mysty tense as she refrained ed from darting after the small her of deer.

He followed Mysty and the pups with his head hed low, his eyes determind and his steps confident. The tail was hanging relaxed and as the rabbit went away he just gently put a paw in the way for the pups so they didnt rush after it. Now isnt the time for such a small pray. As mysty sowed down so did he and he looked up as he saw light. The sound of hooves made his ear twitched and he inhaled the smells. A deer, a dove perhaps? Yeah it smelled like one. He looked at Mysty to see what she wanted him to do. His intinct thouht told him to try to cirkle the deer to herd it towards her. However she is the alfa, she is in charge of the hunt and he have no problem with that. She have after all kept the pups healthy and well fed as well as her self deacently.

Mysty listened carefully, there were four in total. Licking her lips she heard the fourth set of hooves was odd, a limp . Instantly she knew her target, it was the lightest sounding steps. Telling her it was the smallest deer among them. It was too heavy to be a calf so it was likely an elderly deer that had injured itself. The alpha noticed she was practically vibrating with energy and excitement. So long since she had gone after larger prey that she was thrilled. Quietly she told the pups to hide behind the tree that was a few feet away. They obeyed without protest. Due to the long grass they would be more listening to the hunt than anything. However, it would be a good enough start. Quickly Mysty moved toward Rhodry, a smile on her lips. He was to have the honor of downing their prey. His much bigger body would do well anchoring the deer to the ground. His jaw were also likely stronger than hers at the moment. For she had hunted nothing bigger than rabbits for the past many months, even before the pups. "There is one with a limp go for that, I'll herd them east, wait around there but don't go too far for there is a deep ravine." Her red and white fur stood on end with anticipation but the grass was still several inches taller than even Rhodry.

He heard the limping sound just as she did it and realiced who she hadpicked out for lunch. As she told her plan he nodded and on paws who didnt gave up any sounds he carefuly made his way to the east. As he was to the east of the heard of deers he layed down behind a bush, making sure he was well hiddend from the eyes of the herd. RIght now it was up to Mysty to actually herd them towards him. His entire body was tense, hearing everything, seeing everything, smelling everything. His entire body was just preparing to hunt and take down his pray.
