I'll go ahead and put my shot in, here's Xeno - he is mute and usually choses to wear some kind of mouth covering to represent this fact. He always carries a umbrella on his person to avoid the acidic rain that people who don't live in the cities don't have much protection from. He is a scavenger. Clothing does exist but he just choses not to wear any because the city people came up with clothing and he doesn't like the city people.
