Unfortunately this runaway was the wrong one. sure its yellow and its matches the general description but its missing the ESSENCE. I think Eijiro is happy that this one came home though.
here is a little hint~
the sylesti you seek may be in someone else's stables. they do not need to be in that of Eijiro's stables.

"the escapee from cell 20.... they kept stealing eggs... i think they were a Kelpari and they could of had a bone mask i'm not positive on that, it just says kelp/bones/egg theft.

Description: A supposed Keplari with maybe a bone mask. Multiple accounts of egg theft.

Story:
"An egg thief, huh? Now who would do that on purpose?" FrostFire placed the room, wondering out loud. "There must be some connection."
He looked through all the files delivered to her desk, swiping through all the ones without a bone mask. FrostFire groaned.
"This is going to take forever! There are way too many Keplari with the Reaper Mask trait!" She rubbed his forehead "so many children..."
Wait. Her words caught in her throat. Children, that was the key! She quickly flipped through all the files, placing all infertile Kelpari in a neat pile.
"Of course, why would someone be stealing eggs unless they were incapable of having any!"
And there he was, an un-named, infertile Kelpari male, with a gorgeous neon color pallet. A few phone calls later, FrostFire got a hot tip that there were flashes of neon colors in alleys close to each other.
Walking there was easy, but finding the right alleyway was not. He sighed inwardly and kept moving. A bright flash caught her eye, and he stopped. There, behind that wall!
Sprinting towards the corner, FrostFire turned quickly and found herself looking at a pretty male Kelpari who wore a collar with the number 20 on it. The Kelpari clutched an egg.
"Gotcha"

"thank you for your help! I still don't Understand how these criminals are getting out... nor why this egg thief would steal Lupora eggs and not kelpari eggs...
